About me
My classes invite you to move, breathe, and rediscover yourself 🌿

Hi, I'm Kimberley :)
Here is a little bit about me
I practice yoga as form of self care, giving myself time to slow down and where I can feel truly present, connected with my body, and free to flow through movement. During my yoga teacher training, when asked to describe yoga in one word, my answer was “ahhh” — a sigh of relief, a time to let go. In our fast-paced world, yoga offers me तुला (Tula, Balance). The more I explore yoga, the more I discover about myself.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the House of OM in Bali, where I trained across Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yoga Nidra. My teaching style is rooted in Hatha and vinyasa flow yoga, weaving in pranayama, mindful movement, and sun salutations.
I currently teach weekly classes in Birmingham and I love creating a space where students can feel supported, curious, and playful in their practice.
Alongside teaching yoga, I’m also an Occupational Therapist with a background in anatomy, physiology, and holistic health, and I hold a Master’s in Psychology. My interest in neuroscience, mindfulness, and psychological well-being deeply influences the way I teach, blending physical practice with mental and emotional balance.
I love embracing my inner child — being creative, adventurous, and playful. My classes invite you to move, breathe, and rediscover yourself. 🌿

Yoga in the community
I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, especially young people and those that may not otherwise have opportunity. I have aimed to support individuals facing financial barriers by offering donation based yoga sessions. I have supported a local charity by leading a yoga session for a youth programme, and by contributing to a mental health event at Cadbury College.
My aim is that Yoga is for all and it should never be limited by cost. Wherever possible, I want to create opportunities for more people to access the benefits of Yoga.
If you are part of a charity, school or community group and would like to bring yoga to your programme, please reach out.
